The Muffin
When I picked up my fur baby at SPCA back in December 2013, he was only 3 months old. Compare to his other two siblings who were in the same cage with him, Muffin was the most active one. Once Muffin arrived home, the little fur baby couldn't wait to get out of the transport carrier. He was one very energetic kitten. He couldn't stop roaming and exploring around the house.

It all seemed great and perfect until I discovered the fleas on his fur. A trip to the vet was needed, medicines and vaccines were given to him at that time. Shortly after the fleas disappeared, little Muffin developed an eye infection. More trips to the vet and more medicines followed. Oh how he hated those vet visits!
Over the past year, Muffin has become bigger and stronger. He is now a happy and healthy cat who loves following us around the house, making troubles, and acting like boss of the universe (yes I still love him dearly). It is unfortunate that I could not adopt his other two siblings. I hope they found a loving owner and a happy home. Picking up Muffin from the shelter was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This little guy has brought so much joy to our lives.
